- Don't let the wax burn all the way down: Extinguish the candle when the remaining wax is about ½ inch from the bottom of the container to prevent overheating and container breakage.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets: Candles can be dangerous for curious children and pets. Keep them out of reach and teach them about the dangers of playing with fire.
- Use a candle snuffer: Use a candle snuffer to extinguish candles instead of blowing them out, as blowing can create sparks or hot wax droplets.
